Please read the following guidelines before you submit a support request:
- Ensure that you have checked the DisposableLinks manual as it includes details on every single feature of the software. The manual can be downloaded here.
- Support is available to users of the LITE or PRO edition of DisposableLinks only.
- Users of the FREE edition of DisposableLinks are kindly asked to check the included manual for help - further support is only available to registered users. The manual can be downloaded here.
- Ensure that you submit your Order ID with any technical request as it identifies you as a registered user of the LITE or the PRO edition. If you do not submit your Order ID along with any request, we might not be able to assist you if we cannot identify you as a registered user.
- Submit your requests in ENGLISH only - we do not provide support in any other languages.
- All support requests are answered in the order they do come in. That means that you might not expect an immediate reply! There is no support available on weekends and business-holidays.
